Different countries – different rules.....

Rules and Regulations change frequently. Do not assume that whatever applies for your country of residence, automatically applies for other countries. Make sure your mover provides all the latest regulations for your specific requirements.

Here are just some examples: Many countries no longer permit the importation of untreated wood boxes or containers, therefore, do not plan to ship T-chests or self made boxes to another country.

The shipment of cars and recreational vehicles can become an unpleasant challenge. Some countries impose prohibitive duties and taxes, others, such as the USA, require extensive modifications to comply with safety and emission regulations.

For some countries you will have to list all the serial numbers of electrical appliances on a separate sheet. Be sure to retain your import customs documents, you may need them for re-exportation.

In some countries you may have to pay duty for items, which are not re-exported. overseas shipping
